Judging Criteria and Winner Selection

Submissions for the IngeniumSTEM Spring Hacks 1.0 will be evaluated based on several key criteria to determine the winners. Judges will assess each project on its innovation, impact, relevance to social good, and its impact on our hackathon's theme, Spring. Technical complexity and the quality of implementation will also play significant roles in the evaluation process. Creativity and originality in addressing the chosen social issue will be highly valued. Additionally, the clarity and comprehensiveness of the project's documentation, as well as the effectiveness of the demonstration (if provided), will influence the final decision. Projects that are well-documented, user-friendly, and demonstrate a clear and tangible benefit to society are more likely to stand out. Winners will be selected based on their overall score across these criteria, with special attention given to projects that show the potential for real-world application and scalability.

Note: Projects MUST be original and cannot have been previously submitted to other hackathons/competitions, any projects submitted doing so will be disqualified immediately.
